Induction to Warwickshire County Council (WCC)

Welcome to your Corporate Induction Programme (for all staff)

Here you will find the essential learning and information you need as a new starter as follows:

Induction 1 - Mandatory eLearning modules and face to face training
Induction 2 - Essential Compliance eLearning modules
Additional modules (to be completed within the first 3 months)

You should aim to complete both Induction 1 and Induction 2 within the first two weeks and your manager will give you time to do so. Each module opens in a separate tab and please remember to check the sound is on (click the volume control on the bottom right of your screen as there will be several videos for you to watch).

Your first module is IND SI013 Welcome to Warwickshire Induction eLearning, just click on the image under Induction 1 and off you go. This module has been designed to provide links to the intranet and documents for you to click on for more information. It will suggest that 'you have a quick look now' and you then will have the option to view the documents in more detail after you have completed the module.

Please ensure that you complete Welcome to Warwickshire Induction eLearning (IND SI013) prior to attending the Welcome Induction (Face to Face) (IND SI014).

Please note: You will not be able to access IND SI014 Welcome Induction (Face to Face) from this page - all face to face courses are accessed through YourHR so you will need to log on to YourHR and search for IND SI014 and then book a place on the next available session.
